Quick answers for permissions, reminders, and local records.

Camera and Health permissions

To change camera or Health permissions, open the iOS Settings app, choose Elemental, and update the available access. You can also review or revoke Health access in the Health app. Revoking access stops future reads; it does not remove observations already saved locally in Elemental.

Reminders

Elemental uses notifications for supplement reminders. If reminders are not appearing, open iOS Settings, choose Notifications, select Elemental, and allow notifications. Check that the reminder is enabled for the product and that its schedule is current.

Delete local records

Use the delete controls in Elemental to remove a product or individual intake record. Deleting a product also deletes its ingredients, intake history, and reminder schedule. You can delete all remaining local records by deleting the Elemental app; data in Apple Health or a device backup is managed separately by Apple.
